Responsibilities
• Organize/Support Webex Event
• High profile meeting support and monitoring
• Advance troubleshooting for application related issue
• Issue TAC and collecting of log
• Perform daily system health check
• Perform CR
• Preparation of report and material
Skills/Requirement
• Minimum ITE in IT related course or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ years of working experience
• Understanding of how Video Conference System works including the backend infra such as Cisco Call Manager.
• Understanding of Network Infra and the ability to do simple trouble shooting
