- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Service Provider
- Position Title: Project Admin / Coordinator
- Working Location: East – Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Thursday: 8am-6pm, Fri: 8 am-5 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation
- Handle the administrative functions of an organization's projects and programs
- Oversee the project's daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met, and usually report to a Project Manager or senior management
- Scheduling meetings, recording decisions, and breaking projects into manageable tasks

- Min. N level
- Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably have experience in the construction or interior design firm
- Comfortable reading drawings and calculation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Training provided to an inexperienced candidate
