Responsibilities:
Project Support and Governance
- Collaborate with stakeholder departments in business, operations, technology, regulators, etc and co-ordinate execution by respective owners
- Execute projects according to plan, scope, budget & timeline
- Ensure project execution adhere to policies, procedures and criterias
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Understand interdependencies between business, operations and technology
- Analyze risk and propose mitigation plan
Requirements:
Education:
· Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree of Science in (Business Management, Computer Science, Information System)
· At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
· You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Project Delivery.
· You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
· Ability to appreciate and conduct analysis on Business/Operation Processes
· Ability to hands on/ illustrate UI/UX Wire-framing, Concepts and Proposal
· Ability to drive and run workshop/ discussion forums with other stakeholders
