Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QEMS (ISO 9001:2015).
- Lead internal and external audits and certification processes.
- Analyze quality performance trends and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage customer audits, feedback resolution, and corrective actions.
- Oversee supplier/vendor onboarding, audits, and KPI improvements.
- Conduct ISO 9001 training and promote quality awareness.
- Ensure compliance in Warehouse, Drumming, Transport & Yard operations.
- Support change management and contribute to management reviews.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Science, or Engineering.
- 3-5 years of quality management experience, preferably in chemicals/logistics.
- ISO 9001:2015 auditor certification is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in supplier and customer quality management preferred.
Location:
- Jurong Island (Transport provided).
