- Manage a team to analyze business requirements and visualize data, identifying trends and insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Integrate analytical findings into business operations by collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
- Develop and implement data processing models, presenting clear, actionable outcomes that support operational efficiency and compensation strategies.
- Assess and optimize existing and new processes for data migration, ensuring seamless and consistent reporting and data aggregation.
- Design, automate, and maintain essential dashboards for business units, providing real-time insights to support key business functions.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring data validation is completed accurately and in accordance with business rules and timelines.
- Serve as the Finance Operations representative for systems and tools related to compensation, including system migrations, database changes, and data structure modifications.
Requirements
- Experience in various data analytics tools eg Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, Qlik etc
- Familiarity with database, cloud, and various FP&A tools
