What you'll be doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Analyse workforce trends and develop plans to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Lead and participate in various HR projects aimed at improving organisational effectiveness
- Oversee C&B programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards
- Implement and maintain a performance management system that aligns with organisational goal
What we're looking for
- Degree holder and above from a recognised institution in Human Resource/ Business or related fields
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a generalist role will be advantageous
- A good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and/ or other relevant HR systems
- Excellent communication skills to deal with people at all levels
