Job Duties:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talents
- Act as a HRBP and assist in workforce planning and staffing management, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and determining plans for recruitment as needed
- Partner with HR department and business leaders to conduct talent assessments to ensure strong talent pipeline
- Support the performance management processes
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to nurture their growth
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of Talent management/talent partner/recruitment consultant experience
- Degree in HR, Business or related
- Able to work well in a fast-paced & international environment
