Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve key performance targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, returns, and ensure proper handling of stock take and random counts.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline procedures, ensure accurate documentation, and manage store opening, closing, and daily banking.
- Manpower & Budget Management: Plan and oversee store manpower and contribute to budget planning.
- Additional Duties: Support other tasks as assigned by superiors to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Min. 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
