- Position : Sales & Marketing Manager (AC/DC Power Supply) – Up to $9,000 + Bonus

- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,000 + Annual Bonus + Transport Allowance + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Establish clear sales and market goals, ensuring these are aligned with the company's overall strategy and expected growth.
- Responsible for developing and managing the annual budget of the sales and marketing department, allocating resources appropriately, and ensuring the maximization of market and sales activities within the budget.
- Research the development trends and competitive environment in Singapore and Southeast Asia, develop and implement sales strategies, acquire new clients, and maintain existing client relationships.
- Continuously enhance personal and team technical capabilities, use technological differentiation strategies to provide clients with value-added customized solutions, and expand company business.
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients.
- Identify and manage market and sales risks, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of the budget.
- Build and train the sales team, set and monitor performance targets.
- Regularly report business progress and market dynamics to company executives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) with relevant marketing experience of at least 5 years, e.g., Marketing in the trade of AC/ DC power supply and Electronic components.
- Good local market knowledge and business understanding of customers’ requirements.
- Able to work under pressure to achieve budgeted targets.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
