Responsibilities:
- Quantity measurement of the structural, Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I), mechanical / equipment / painting works
- Reconcile MTO with the clients
- Monitoring changes on-site with production teams: design drawing changes / Identification of Changes (IOC) / Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (COVI)
- Compile changes proposal register
- Preparation & submission of changes proposal to client for approval
- Project costs control: design drawing changes / handle commercial claims (extension of time / dispute claims etc.)
- Handle material take-off and variations
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experiences in Oil & Gas / Marine / FPSO project
