We are representing our client in the global technology and engineering space to look for an experienced Sales Manager to join the existing team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Participate and attend functions such as trade exhibitions and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends, as well as prospect for new clients
- Organize technology demonstration events to showcase capabilities and engage potential customers
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- Present and apprise company’s management on sales progress during bi-monthly sales review meeting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- At least 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience will be of advantage
- Experience in Defence System will be of advantage
- Good Networking & Propecting Skills
- Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges
