REQUIRED SKILLS: SQL/ORACLE AND UNIX
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in production support
• Good experience in Unix/Linux and SQL/Oracle
• Experience in banking and Cards domain.
• Should have good functional knowledge and good communication & coordination skills
• Good Knowledge system/application log analysis
• Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
Verbal and written communication skills are vital.
Good-to-Have
Good knowledge of Monitoring tools – AppDynamics, Splunk and Evolven will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge ability in building complex queries
• Good exposure in Cloud services.
