WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The incumbent is responsible in:
- Distributor model maintenance & Territory alignment activities
- Support the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager in terms of:
- Required sales team performance analytics
- Including market cycle meeting presentation preparation
- Support Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Operations role in terms of:
- Relevant data analysis and input gathering from multi markets.
- Utilizing Power BI skills and data management skills for Dashboards reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any fields.
- At least 2 years of data analysis experience
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. MS Excel) and Data Analytics tools
- Good communication skills
