Job Description:
Export Sales Trade of Pet Products: Handle the export sales and trading of pet supplies. Client Acquisition: Use store sales pitch in interaction with customers, deliver product demonstration and advice such as phone calls, email, WhatsApp and social media.
-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide prompt, effective, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
Sales Documentation: Prepare sales contracts and purchase orders. Collaborate closely with sales managers, procurement, order fulfillment, documentation, and finance teams at the head office in China to ensure smooth processing of orders.
-Other Responsibilities: Complete other tasks as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
-Experience: we can accept graduates with no experience, but is better to have morevthan one year of international trade sales experience.
-Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking business associates
Self-Motivated and Creative: Strong initiative, clear thinking, hardworking, and innovative.
