VIP Account Manager

Responsibilities

 Vendor, Partner, and Supplier Relationship Management

 Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations and long-term business growth.

 Identify and build partnerships that align with business objectives and growth strategy.

 Project Flow and Internal Procedures

 Streamline and optimize project workflows, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within scope.

 Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on procedures, track project statuses, and address any bottlenecks or delays.

 Project Ownership and Revenue Growth

 Take ownership of specific projects, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

 Expand current project volumes and initiatives to drive revenue growth。

 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing projects to maximize revenue potential.

 VIP Client Relationship Management

 Maintain and strengthen relationships with current VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.

 Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for increasing their mining hash rate and expanding their engagement.

 Client Support and Inquiries

 Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients, assisting with inquiries and providing timely responses to client needs.

 Provide tailored support for VIP clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and their mining activities are optimized.


Skills/Requirement

 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally within Web3 or blockchain industry.

 Strong understanding of the Web3 industry and products and services.

 Proven experience in managing relationships with high-value clients (VIPs), partners, and vendors.

 Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure project success.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

 Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 Familiarity with mining hash rate and other technical aspects of the cryptocurrency mining ecosystem is a plus.

 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
