We're seeking a skilled Engineer, Quality Assurance to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality assurance aspects of our technical areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in our shift-left testing process and entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure high-quality products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define, test, and validate product requirements.
- Design, execute, and automate tests for web applications and backend APIs, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Produce detailed test reports and serve as the sign-off authority for feature releases.
- Work closely with Development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of testing automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing expertise and promoting growth.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- 2-5 years of experience in web application testing and automation.
- Strong foundation in Software Engineering concepts and STLC life cycle.
- Ability to write test plans and test strategy documents.
- Good knowledge of API and Web testing, Networking, and Operating System concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with testing automation tools.
- Background working in product companies.
