Summary:
- 6-months internship
- Public Healthcare Institute (central-west region)
- Working Days/ Hours: Monday to Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm
Responsibilities:
- Support offer-to-end processes for pre-service sponsorship and scholarship programs
- Manage end-to-end activities for internship programs, covering recruitment and administration (timesheet and salary processing)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver initiatives
- Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events
- Conduct regular reviews and improvements of workflow processes and procedures
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or relevant qualifications
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
