- Manage all maintenance related problems on site, troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers.
- Responsible for site acceptance tests, commissioning and start-up assistance.
- Handle the customers on after sales service, understand and help customers define their needs.
- Perform trainings to enable users in optimizing the product performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in servicing machineries.
- Independent with good time management skills.
