HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and manage manpower plans to meet short-, medium-, and long-term organizational needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and onboarding, while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Performance Management: Implement and refine performance management frameworks to drive engagement, accountability, and growth among employees.
- Leadership Development: Design and lead initiatives to identify and cultivate future leaders within the organization, ensuring a robust talent pool for critical roles.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage the development and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by managing employee concerns, addressing relations issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- HR Digital Transformation: Lead HR digitalization efforts, implementing systems that streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a thriving workplace, promoting collaboration and inclusivity.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the organization’s employer brand through strategic partnerships with universities, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- HR Policy Development: Ensure all job descriptions and HR policies are up-to-date, comprehensive, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Special Projects: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects that advance organizational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of HR experience, with 6+ years in a leadership role focusing on strategic HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Workday or other HR systems; familiarity with Oracle HRM and HR analytics is an advantage.
- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities and delivering impactful results.
