about the Job
In this role, you will provide project support and governance, collaborating with various stakeholder departments such as business, operations, technology, and regulators. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed according to plan, scope, budget, and timeline, while adhering to policies, procedures, and criteria. Additionally, you will monitor, track, and resolve issues or conflicts while ensuring successful project delivery. You will also be involved in identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans to maintain the smooth progression of key project initiatives.
skills and Experience Required
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering complex IT projects, preferably within a financial institution or regulated environment.
- Expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes through system integration, automation, and digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Strong technical leadership in driving cross-functional workshops, gathering requirements, and solving complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, APIs, data governance, and security protocols.
- Ability to manage technical interdependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and regulatory standards.
- Strong background in web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and databases (SQL, NoSQL), with a good understanding of DevOps and automated testing frameworks.
