Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and business opportunities. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong ability to network, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound marketing leads.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our technology solutions.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design effective sales strategies, customize proposals, and deliver presentations that address client pain points.
Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Track and document all sales.
Closing Deals: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to final negotiation and contract signing. Ensure a smooth handover to the account management team post-sales.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
