JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering phone calls and replying emails related to maintenance service.
- Rostering of technicians’ daily work (maintenance, repair, breakdown, survey, annual testing, BCA inspection and etc)
- Prepare monthly KPI and daily breakdown report
- Monitor to ensure technicians and engineer have valid pass, attended Safety Induction Course of clients and the relevant Safety Courses.
- Liaise with the SPE office to coordinate annual testing.
- Coordinate with maintenance team and ensure all the documents submitted after job done.
- Other ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
- ITE in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
