- Production Project Management: Lead a team to oversee the entire perfume production process, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Warehouse Management: Implement inventory projections and ensure seamless execution of inventory control processes.
- Quality Control Management: Establish processes and controls to guarantee that both raw materials and the final product meet our quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team that includes one full-time operations manager and four part-time production staff.
- Logistics Strategy: Develop and execute best practices in logistics to enhance processes with channel partners and overseas 3PL warehouses.
- Third-Party Warehouse Management: Foster relationships with third-party warehouses and ensure smooth operational execution.
skills and experience required
- Preferably talents with at least 5 years of relevant experience in fragrance industry
