Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders; manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Oversight of Office Operations: Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors to ensure all office needs are met effectively.
- Special Projects: Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.
- Front Desk Support: Bring Guests to meeting rooms and ensure that the host is on time for the meeting.
