Facility Manager - Regional Bank - 12-month contract
Looking for a Building Facility Manager to manage the operations and maintenance of a regional bank’s facilities. This 12-month contract position may lead to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance and operations of bank buildings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage external contractors and service providers.
- Monitor and manage the facilities budget and operational costs.
- Handle space planning and office usage optimisation.
- Ensure building security and emergency procedures are followed.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate procurement of equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, regulations, and budget management.
