Facility Manager - Regional Bank - 12-month contract

Looking for a Building Facility Manager to manage the operations and maintenance of a regional bank’s facilities. This 12-month contract position may lead to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance and operations of bank buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage external contractors and service providers.
  • Monitor and manage the facilities budget and operational costs.
  • Handle space planning and office usage optimisation.
  • Ensure building security and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate procurement of equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, regulations, and budget management.
