Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver logistics automation solutions aligned with customer needs and standards.
- Oversee equipment procurement, warehouse setup, and end-to-end project execution.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and provide user training.
- Define KPIs, monitor automation performance, and identify process gaps.
- Recommend and implement enhancements, reporting ROI and productivity metrics.
- Explore and implement advanced automation technologies through operational simulations.
- Work with stakeholders, including suppliers and consultants, and support regional automation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 8+ years in global logistics (6+ with a Master’s), including warehouse automation and project management.
- Proficient in WMS/WCS, simulation tools, and automation design.
- Strong expertise in logistics automation technologies, process optimization, and financial analysis.
- Skilled in data tools (Power BI, Tableau) and regulatory compliance.
