Customer Service Officer (Fast Hire / Changi / 5 days / Urgent / Immediate Interview)
The Role:
- Attend to customer inquiries
- Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services
- Perform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS
- Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or products
- Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards
- Responsible for store cleanliness and image
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Benefits:
- Basic Salary: $2060
- Work 5 Days rest 1 day
- Working timing (Choose fix)
- 6.50am - 3.10pm OR
- 2.40pm - 11pm
