Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries from online platforms, phone calls, emails, messages, and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for products and services.
- Generate and follow up on quotations, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.
- Work closely with relevant branches to facilitate customer viewings, move-ins, and other logistical arrangements.
- Ensure that the customer database is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Job Requirements:
- At least O Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Friendly, solution-oriented, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
- Patient and understanding with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating within a team.
