About the Team

TikTok Product Infrastructure team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume, and enjoy content on TikTok. This team is focused on improving usability, reliability, scalability, and security of TikTok product structure. If you are interested, we would be delighted to have you join us.


Job Description

1. Responsible for defining and optimizing the user experience of international short video products, enhancing product usability and fluidity.

2. Develop targeted experience optimization strategies based on differences in culture, demographics, network conditions, device types, and other regional factors.

3. Continuously optimize the basic experience through data-driven insights and user understanding to ensure the product experience remains leading.

4. Focus on short video product strategies, proactively explore new technologies in end-to-end scenarios for optimizing both the creation and consumption experience, enhancing both and promoting core data growth.

5. Based on an understanding of users, explore and discover new usage scenarios to create possibilities for further product growth.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 3 years of work experience.

2. Strong data interpretation skills, logical thinking abilities, curiosity, and high self-motivation.


Preferred Qualification

1. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

2. A global perspective and passion, with continuous attention to global internet products.

3. A relevant technical/design background is a plus.
