Job Scope:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Utilize various manual brewing methods and techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and workstations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the café, including restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Stay updated on coffee industry trends, new products, and brewing techniques, sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Job Requirements
- Candidate with 1 year experience are welcome to apply
- Candidate with relevant F&B working experiences will be an advantage
- Able to work on shift/weekends/public holidays
