About the job
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will assist on a wide range of legal support matters for the team. This includes supporting on contracts drafting & administration, coordinating documents for notarisations and signatures as well as corporate secretarial matters. You will also be liaising closely with regulators, external service providers and counsels to facilitate instructions and documents.
Skills and experience required
You have at least 3 years of relevant legal experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal environment. Equipped with a strong organisational skills and accountability, you have a proven track record in juggling projects simultaneously and meeting challenging deadlines. You should also come with a keen eye for details and high level of discretion to handle confidential documents and information.
