Team Introduction

The TikTok- LIVE - SEA team is a strategic operations and education team specializing in the internationalization of live streaming in the Asia-Pacific regions. Our responsibilities include strategic analysis and optimization of supply-side dynamics (TikTok creator network), operational education, and empowerment initiatives. We aim to drive revenue growth for live streaming businesses in the region.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities

  • Establish analytical framework for the TikTok Live streaming team: root cause analysis, core metrics monitoring, and automated dashboards to surface key data insights to stakeholders and inform operational strategies.
  • Fully understand all the operation strategies, build sufficient indicators to measure the efficiency of current operational strategies.
  • Work very closely to TikTok Live frontline operational team, highly involved in the leadership discussion routinely. Supporting key decision makings of regional operational team and strategy team with sufficient analysis.
  • Follow up the data insight and lead the special project, working with cross functional team including: operational team, product team and strategy team to come up with sufficient operational leverages help business continuously growing.
  • Evaluate, forecast and quantify the impact of external and internal factors on creators, agencies, operation and the TikTok ecosystem. Think from high level to look for potential growth points and risk points for the business.
  • Dive deep into the data to understand how creator, viewer behaviours change with the evolution of our operational strategies. Understand top performers and use data to explore and analyse actionable operational strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer science is preferred; or major in science or engineering or engaged in data statistics, analysis, modelling related working areas after graduation.
  • Previous domain experience in a supply-demand relationship internet business, or in a high-velocity, high-growth product or team.
  • Data analysis ability, familiar with Hive SQL, Python, R. Familiarity of machine learning Knowledge will be a plus.
  • Familiar with statistics and dashboard, preferred to have experience in user growth, metrics creation, A/B testing, and data modelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An impact-oriented, customer-centric approach to data analysis; Exceptional analysis, communication, and strategy report writing skills.
  • Has a “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of ownership to execute end-to-end projects. Self-driven and able to manage and balance ongoing requests with
