Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments, bonuses, and commissions in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws, tax regulations, and government reporting requirements.
- Generate payroll reports and provide analyses for management, including payroll cost projections and audits.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, including deductions, leave balances, and benefits.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of in-house payroll systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and security.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a payroll and ops professional in the HR department.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
