Facilities and Project Manager (Govt, 1 year) | SPMG

• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Up to $5,200 per month

Responsibilities:

1. Represent the organisation in liaising with project stakeholders
2. Plan and establish the timelines for the various types of projects
3. Conduct preliminary site surveys
4. Procure required relevant consultancy services and building/maintenance/fitting-out works
5. Manage the projects to ensure successful delivery (planning, construction and post-construction)
6. Ensure proper project documentation, including relevant internal approvals as required
7. Process payments to appointed consultants and contractors and other project administrative tasks
8. Attend to audit queries
9. Review work processes and policies

Requirements:

1. Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in building-related or relevant disciplines with at least 2 years of experience in project management of similar projects
2. Additional background in quantity surveying/contract management and mechanical & electrical engineering is preferred
3. Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
