Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality checks for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products, ensuring adherence to inspection criteria, quality plans, and finishing work per method statements.
- Work with QA, Process, Engineering, and Product teams to address quality issues, perform audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and control supplier quality standards, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports, coordinate site visits, and liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Authorities for certifications.
- Provide training to workers on method statements and ensure compliance with construction and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a Product Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, 45001) is a plus.
- Understanding of quality requirement of DMA Modular Prefab MEP product, Materials Selection, Fabrication, Assembly and Inspection will be an advantage.
