- Source, identify, and assess Carriers (Airfreight)’ performance to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnership with Airlines and Logistics Service Providers in order to negotiate favorable rates and ensure service standards.
- Engage and drive carrier engagement/ procurement process, involving RFQ bidding with Carriers to secure the best rates in pricing and space for cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Innovation and Operations team) to develop the cost effective Air products solutions to potential clients and optimize procurement processes that aligned with business goals.
- Execute the air procurement strategies to maximize the revenue through Air product solutions enhancement.
- Manage contract administrations including rate negotiations, service commitments, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key airline/ Logistics Service Providers partners.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company or Airline/ Air Freight industry
- Deep understanding of Air spot rate and Supply Chain Management
- Good in negotiating with airlines and logistics service providers.
- Well versed in international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.
- Proven track record in Air cargo sales experience- B2B Sales and Marketing
- Established good connection with Airlines/ Carriers and/or other co-loaders
