Job Responsibilities:
- Create and review Revit/CAD-based 3D models, translate them into 2D shop drawings, and prepare constructible designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Work with main contractors and MEP contractors to produce CSD, manage DFMA modular manufacturing, and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP services.
- Generate clash detection and other reports, maintain electronic file naming conventions, and ensure accurate filing and documentation of drawings.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, and project teams to coordinate documentation, address consultant feedback, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
- Implement QA procedures, examine drawings for compliance, and effectively manage time to meet project deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in BIM Modeller in Maincon Coordination.
- Able to understand quality requirement of DMA Modular Prefab Mep product, Materials Selection, Fabrication, Assembly and Inspection.
