Key Responsibilities

  • Tech Ops Support: Address user feedback, enhance system functionality, test new features, and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct tests and validate system improvements.
  • Documentation: Create and refine clear, comprehensive documentation for processes.
  • Research: Explore tech trends to recommend feature improvements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage financial records, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and perform ad hoc administrative support.

Key Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean!
  • Degree in Business Management or any related field.
  • Experience in adminstrative support role will be a big plus!
