The Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF) is a university-level institute in the National University of Singapore (NUS), jointly founded by The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the National Research Foundation (NRF) and NUS. AIDF aspires to be a thought leader, a FinTech knowledge hub, and an experimental site for developing digital financial technologies as well as for nurturing current and future FinTech researchers and practitioners in Asia.
Job Description
The Senior Manager / Manager will be part of a dynamic team in AIDF and plays a key & important role in driving all business development, branding, marketing and outreach activities for our Executive Master programme. He/she will also collaborate & work closely and effectively with internal teams across marketing, outreach, recruitment, admissions and programme management, as well as external vendors/partners.
The scope includes but not limited to:
Business Development/Marketing:
- Plan and execute all marketing activities (including digital/online), content creation and marketing, email marketing and managing social media platforms.
- Develop and execute the overall content and social media strategy and ensure it aligns with the overall marketing objectives and managing the programme budget.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors & partners in promoting the Executive Master programme.
- Develop event timelines, schedules, and protocols, and provide on-site coordination and support during events as needed.
Programme Management:
- Working with a junior staff in the areas of student admissions, course registrations, curriculum, student candidature and graduation matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in business development, local/international marketing, events and programme management preferably in the Education industry.
- Knowledge of student related systems will be advantageous
- Proven track records in strategizing, managing, executing and reporting on marketing activities, campaigns and business development works
- Data-driven and highly analytical with excellent project and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
