Location: MAS Building, Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Operations: Operate AV and VC systems for virtual and physical events, ensuring smooth functioning during all events.
- Event Planning: Plan and manage schedules for multiple events, ensuring setup and testing are completed at least 30 minutes before the start of events.
- System Maintenance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and routine maintenance to ensure all AV and VC systems are in good working condition.
- Incident Management: Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigating and initiating corrective actions for any breakdowns or faults in equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain an up-to-date inventory, log problem reports, and update engineering systems databases.
- Coordination: Supervise contractors in the setup of meeting venues and the rectification of AV/VC defects, maintenance, and upgrades.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facility Management or Mechanical and Electrical Services, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience in AV equipment operations, maintenance, and facility management.
- Skills: Experience with AV/VC systems (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound), filming equipment, and studio production. Good understanding of production equipment and software (e.g., TriCaster, OBS, vMix).
- Other: Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
