Location: MAS Building, Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and Coordinate AV Support: Attend to all requests to support internal and external meetings, webinars, events, recordings, and video productions. Understand user requirements and provide appropriate technical support.
- Live Event Setup & Operation: Plan, set up, and operate control room and studio equipment for live events or recordings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the creation and post-production of multimedia content.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure AV systems are in good working condition. Maintain up-to-date inventory records for auditing.
- Contractor Management: Oversee AV contractors to ensure they deliver services as per contracts and service level agreements. Regularly assess contractors' performance, including verifying services rendered and managing payments.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, AV, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least five (5) years in AV/VC operations, broadcasting, live production, or related field, with supervisory responsibility.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Creative Suite. Strong understanding of AV/VC systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Bosch), and experience with production equipment (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound).
- Other: Experience in project management of large-scale AV implementations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Independent worker with a customer-oriented mindset.
