Location: Chongfu School, 170 Yishun Ave 6, Singapore 768959
Contract Duration:
- Initial Contract Period: 3 February 2025 – 31 December 2025
- Option to Extend: One year at the school’s discretion, subject to written notice before the contract expiry.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (including a 45-minute lunch break)
- Fridays: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM (including a 45-minute lunch break)
- Non-Working Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and printing worksheets.
- Manage correspondence with stakeholders, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Customer Service:
- Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
- Assist walk-in visitors, including students, parents, and staff.
Student Support:
- Provide basic first aid and care for unwell students when needed.
Printing Operations:
- Print various materials such as worksheets, booklets, and letters.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Minimum Requirement (Critical Criteria):
- Education: GCE ‘N’ Level or its equivalent
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic First Aid certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort in engaging stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
