Contract Duration: 8 January 2025 - 30 June 2026

Working Hours:

  • School Terms:Even Weeks: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch: 45 minutes) | Fridays: Off (HBL Day)
    Odd Weeks: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch: 45 minutes) | Fridays: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM (No lunch break)
  • June School Holidays & School Declared Protected Holidays:Even Weeks: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch: 45 minutes) | Fridays: Off
    Odd Weeks: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch: 45 minutes) | Fridays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (No lunch break)

Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception & Customer Service:
  • Provide courteous and attentive service to parents, students, and visitors.
  • Address inquiries professionally through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, relay messages, and provide relevant information.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain records of keys and lockers issued.
  • Assist in monitoring students’ late arrivals and checking form submissions.
  1. Student Support:
  • Attend to sick or injured students reporting to the General Office (GO).
  • Notify relevant staff and maintain accurate sick bay usage records.
  1. General Office Operations:
  • Support GO staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Complete role-related duties as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager, and Admin Executive.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  1. Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a receptionist, personal assistant to management/C-suite personnel, or in a similar administrative role.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  1. Personal Attributes:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage work efficiently under minimal supervision.
