The Delivery Lead role with AI&A team will be instrumental in leading and maintaining strong customer relationships across all Data deliverables, while enhancing our delivery governance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a senior liaison for delivery into government and banking services across Singapore, responsible for ensuring quality of delivery
- Working closely with the EPL/EDL/PDLs to improve delivery governance and operational metrics.
- Establishes and builds relationships with appropriate peers at Client side. Manage delivery expectations to exhibit exceptional experience to clients.
- Drives account penetration through Cognizant's services, capabilities, solutions, accelerator through continuation and extension of existing programs.
- Involving the right stakeholders from Cognizant to make sure that the engagement objectives are met.
- Service Improvement initiatives through automation of certain redundant tasks
- Supervising a team responsible for planning and implementation
- Working with the clients (Vice Presidents and CIOs) and meeting their objectives through the course of the engagement
Required Qualifications
- 9 years’ experience in handling large delivery engagements preferably across Banking and Financial Services.
- Excellent presentation and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently to manage the whole program and respective stakeholders and projects.
- Ability to take ownership for key projects’ timelines, deliverables, budget and metrics.
- Project/strategic planning and business background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility.
- Extensive experience with global delivery model
- Excellent client management, relationship building and escalation management skills.
- Grooming engagement leads / project managers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong exposure to SDLC and Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Customer facing experience with strong hands-on background in Data
- Extensive hands-on experience in handling large organization wide applications transformational programs preferred.
- Prior experience in handling RFP response
- Understanding of CMMi processes and best practices
