As the Senior Manager, the role will be responsible for leading and driving the company's recruitment strategy to attract, interview and hire top talent for a range of positions across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies locally and overseas, aligning with business goals and market trends
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving an efficient and candidate-focused recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and source candidates for diverse roles
- Oversee pipeline strategies to ensure timely hiring and attract talent for strategic initiatives
- Partner with public agencies, corporate entities, and institutions for outreach, internships, and employer branding campaigns
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, from campaigns to onboarding, while effectively handling budgets and reporting to leadership
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level and above from a recognised institution in Business/ Human Resource or related studies
- 10 years of experience within Human Resource, preferably 8 years of handling Talent Acquisition within Education/ Healthcare/ Retail industry
- Experience in collaborating with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives with a strong operational focus
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies while leading and managing a team of skilled recruitment professionals
