Working hours: Mon - Fri (Office hours)
Responsibilities
- Receive applications online from a system;
- Assess applicants’ eligibility for student care fee assistance (SCFA)
- Speak to applicants to request or verify specific information for the application;
- Enter information into the computer system;
- Recommend whether to approve or reject the application based on the assessment
Requirements
- Degree
- 6 months of admin and customer service experience
- Meticulous and comfortable in working with numbers
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work both independently and be a team player
- Be diligent, pro-active, and able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment
