Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $8,000
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing packaging projects under the guidance of the SEA Packaging Category Manager.
- Oversee packaging projects to ensure they align with market roadmaps.
- Identify and resolve risks associated with packaging projects.
- Track and report the status and risks of packaging projects.
- Partner with key stakeholders to balance cross-functional departments.
- Lead and influence project team members to ensure accountability and resolve issues.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or packaging-related discipline, or
- Minimum of 3 years in project management within Food Service, QSR, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Minimum of 3 years in the packaging industry with proven success.
- Strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Solid knowledge of primary package design and manufacturing processes.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
