about the job
- manage contractors and ensure all routine and repair work are completed promptly.
- oversee all maintenance works (pest control, plumping, fire safety, security etc.)
- attend to any feedbacks or incident reports
- ensure all licenses and permits are renewed accordingly
skills and experience required
- min. 3 years of relevant experiences.
- able to commence immediately or on short notice
- willing to travel to the west of Singapore
