Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices.
- Prepare detailed service reports and recommendations.
- Oversee commissioning of new chiller installations.
- Collaborate with agents, customers, and contractors to ensure system performance.
- Foster teamwork and shared problem-solving with contractors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and conduct safety briefings.
- Work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
- Travel to client sites and respond to chiller breakdown calls during standby shifts.
Requirement
- Min. Degree in Mechanical / Degree
- Has Min 3 years of experience in HVAC or chiller systems
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in chiller systems.
- Knowledge of routine maintenance and commissioning processes for chiller systems.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to collaborate with agents, customers, and contractors to ensure system performance and compliance.
