Position: Marketing (Digital) Manager
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Working Timing: 09.00 - 06.00
Working Location: Paya Lebar
Starting Salary: $5,000 -$8,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional materials.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across multiple platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
- Measure and analyse marketing performance metrics to track ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of company’s products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
